Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of custom design and code produced specifically for that project as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Payments & Refunds

Foundfront Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
