The Challenge
Aesthetics by Boss Lady is a beauty and aesthetics business based in the United Kingdom. When she came to us, she had two serious problems left behind by her previous developer. The first was fake reviews — her previous developer had planted fabricated testimonials directly on her website. These reviews were not from real clients. Beyond the ethical problem, fake reviews actively damage credibility. The second problem was visibility. Despite having a website, her business was not appearing on Google for any searches her target clients were making. She was invisible in search results, invisible on Google Maps, and entirely dependent on word of mouth. She needed a completely fresh start: a new professional website, real Google visibility, and a booking system so clients could book directly through the site.
Our Solution
We started from scratch. We designed and built a completely new website that reflected the actual quality of her work. Clean, professional, and positioned correctly for a premium aesthetics business in the UK market. Every page was built SEO-first: title tags targeting UK beauty and aesthetics search terms, proper heading structure, LocalBusiness schema, and content that clearly communicated what she offers. We integrated a booking system directly into the website so potential clients could browse services and book without friction. On the Google side, we set up and fully verified her Google Business Profile for her UK location. We helped her set up a simple review collection process: a direct link sent to satisfied clients via WhatsApp after each appointment. The fake reviews on the old site were removed. The new site launched with zero fabricated content.
